AmByth Estate:
AmByth Estate is located in the Templeton Gap within the greater Paso Robles winegrowing region. The limited production winery is owned and operated by Phillip and Mary Hart, who are both incredibly connected to their crops, and Biodynamic to the Bone. In fact, all of AmByth’s wines are 100% estate–grown and certified Biodynamic. They are also bottled unfiltered and unfined to further retain the unique properties of each of the four distinct vineyard blocks that comprise the 42 acre estate. Unlike the over–extracted wines that the Paso Robles region has recently become known for, Ambyth’s wines are exceptionally balanced – a result of the winery’s ongoing commitment to allow grapes to express themselves in a way that reflects the vibrancy and balance found within nature itself.
