Paul Dolan has been one of the wine industry’s leading proponents of organic viticulture and sustainable winemaking for over 20 years. As a result, all of the wines produced under the Paul Dolan Vineyards label are hand-crafted exclusively from certified organic and Biodynamic grapes. The intimate connection Dolan shares with his estate vineyard in southern Mendocino is best described through his own words: “Dark Horse Ranch is my family’s home, where my sons and their children are fifth and sixth-generation winegrowers in the Mountains of Ukiah.
